You should arrive at our meeting location at least 30 minutes prior to the starting time of the tour. Parking is free and is on a first come, first served basis. Yes, the following tour restrictions are strictly enforced:

• Minimum Age: 6 years old. Participants age 6-13 must be accompanied by an adult on the same kayak. Participants ages 14-17 must have an adult participating in the tour.

• The maximum weight limit is 250 lbs. (113 kg) per person (strictly enforced). Weight checks will be conducted to ensure your safety and comply with the kayaks' weight capacity. Participants exceeding the weight capacity will not be allowed to participate, and no refunds will be issued.

• This adventure is not permitted: for pregnant women, anyone wearing a cast, or guests suffering from heart conditions, neck or back problems, epilepsy, or dizziness.

Note: Eco Action Tours will not provide refunds to any customer that failed to
adhere to the tour restrictions and policies above disclosed.

No, swimming in Laguna Grande is prohibited by law. You will stay on the kayak during the tour. For safety, personal life vests approved by the U.S. Coast Guard will be provided.

• Cancellation notice must be given 48 hours before tour check-in time to receive a refund. All cancellations must be made by phone directly with Eco Action Tours at (939)290-7221 or (787)791-7509. Office hours are Monday – Saturday from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

• Guests who do not show up or arrive late for their scheduled tour will be charged in full. No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

• Groups of 10 or more guests must cancel at least 1 week prior to the date of the
excursion to receive a full refund.

• Rebooking is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the tour check-in time. A $20 rebooking fee per person will be charged. Rebooking fee to be paid in cash at check-in.

• Same-day bookings are final sale.

• Weather Cancellation: This tour goes out rain or shine. Customers who choose to cancel their participation in the tour due to rain will be charged in full. If Eco Action Tours cancels the tour due to severe weather or unsafe conditions, a full refund or option to reschedule will be offered to all participants. Due to the unpredictable tropical weather, tours may be called off on-site.

We only accept Visa and Mastercard as payment methods. Credit card account holders must participate in this tour. Upon check-in, you will be asked to present the credit card used for payment along with a matching government-issued photo ID.

Please note that any bookings paid with American Express (Amex) or Discover cards will be automatically canceled. Customers are responsible for rebooking using an alternative payment method.

Yes, if your tour guides provided exceptional service, feel welcome to tip them. A common tipping amount is 10-20% of the cost of the tour in cash. You can hand the tip in cash directly to the guide, leave it in a designated tip jar, or scan the Venmo QR code provided at check-in.
